Adorable Boutique Dress

This sweet little dress by ensemble is from the Addy & Ry Boutique. NWT. It is a pale blue color with a two tiered skirt and ruffles on the bodice. Pullover with a button closure in the back. Elastic short sleeves and elastic waist. SO CUTE! Beautiful lining under the skirt. Pit to pit is 17 inches. Elastic waist 13 1/4 inches and expands comfortably to 15 inches across. Length from shoulder is 30 1/2 inches.
