Non-stretchy ruffle legged short drawstring shorts are adorable! These need someone with booty to do them justice. Comfortable in hot weather. These are fairly short and fit me best as a size 1x. Recommended for sizes 14 or 16. These do have elastic and a drawstring but they do not have stretchy material. A cotton blend material that is soft and summery.
