Adorable Black Loft Top with Ruffles

Black top with flattering ruffles around the top and back. Would be adorable with jeans or could be worn with a nicer pair of pants. The top is gently used and in great shape. The color is black, despite the lighting in one photo causing the top to appear lighter.
