Adorable Belted Polka Dot Dress

This dress is too cute - it's a gorgeous dark chocolate brown with small white polka dots - the belt which is included is also dark brown - ruffles on the top and bottom portions of dress - strapless - average length ends around knee area - no zipper, it's simply pulled on - very forgiving, it doesn't cling to body, just flows 😘 - wore once to an event, has been cleaned and in perfect condition
