Adorable 90s blue sleeveless button up

adorable 90’s blue sleeveless button top! my fav way to wear this is with the bottom buttons open and low rise pants for a super retro look. 1/2 linen 1/2 cotton blend so the fabric is soooo nice and breezy. the top fits true to size and is in great condition!
