This is the perfect charm for your neck or your charm bracelet! The hand gesture symbolizes the Italian horn, which is meant to keep evil away. With bale it is a little longer than 3/4" and 1/4" wide. The detail on it is beautiful! The hand/fingers are perfectly shaped and the cuff has small little detail as well. As with most things I am listing, I love this little charm but hardly get around to wearing it.
