Four different holes to adjust fit around waist. Size is marked large, but fits me on the smallest setting, and I am usually a size 4, for reference.
Small stain on skirt (pictured) but is covered by wrapping fabric when worn

@bayfowl max waist measurement is about 34" (approx 17" across when laid flat using the largest setting). Hope that helps! :)
