This is one seriously cute blouse, I bought it to wear to a wedding, unfortunately I never got to use it, it does not have the tag on anymore but it is new, in the description the neck is cute, it really gives that feminine style, it is not see through, the top fabric is but it has a pink color top under, the top fabric has a very cute shiny finish, it is simple, feminine and elegant type of blouse, it can be paired with black pants for an elegant look, jeans if you want a casual look or a skirt for a soft and feminine look. I don’t remember the exact price but it was around $200.
