Adidas lifters. Used 3 times. These are weightlifting shoes. Best for CrossFit, squatting, Olympic lifting. They are hard soled, not for running. The heel is lower than the standard .75”. I believe its 0.6” They are men’s size 5 1/2 or women’s size 7.
