I wore these casually for a number of years but never for running. Sometimes for walking on trails but not that often. They have a cool BOA lacing system that makes them easy to take on and off. They also have a grippy Continental rubber outsole. I like the shoes but have to trim down my collection. Size 10.5 with lots of miles left in them.
