Size XL. 60% cotton 40% polyester. O think it runs small because I compared it with the others M and there isnt a big difference. My husband is 5'7" 175lbs aprox, muscular and likes tight (form fitted) clothes. If your body and tastes are similar it will be a bit big for you.
