New w/out box. Has a tag still attached asi pic but not a box. Bought these to wear 2 my job. As adidas is truly my fave of all time kicks..sadly my dogs got all jact up & too narrow in toe area now..so sadly no more adidas I didn't get a chance to wear these only tried on FYI I generally wear a 6/6.5 /36/37.in adidas gazelles & sambas..but going by advice of website I sized up half sz.
