printhaus3d @bettyboopertoo if the original order is more than 5lbs you’d put part of the order in a box with the original label and the rest of the order in the box with the additional label. If it’s over 5lbs and you don’t have a customer order an additional 5lbs label the seller is charged the overage and the cost is excessive (way more than it should be)

bettyboopertoo @printhaus3d Yes, I know how excessive the cost for overweight is - the problem is what if you can't split the order ito 2 boxes? Either customer pays overweight (in the price) or seller gets dinged. Thanks. :) Betty

printhaus3d @bettyboopertoo if it’s something that can’t be split, I’d add that cost into the price. Kinda like is done with “free shipping” because we all know it’s not “free” 😁
