This vest measures 18" laid flat at underarms, length is 20" and is USA made. In very good pre-owned condition. Normal wear and tear noted, damage identified re two pin markings in the top left shoulder area, indicative of a badge or pin having been there, shown in the last two photos, one farther off and one close up.
