Hi I have a question …I used to use irons with ceramic plates but they seemed to pull and “grab” my hair more which is desired but it seemed my hair got more damaged. So I switched to titanium or copper plates but o find they are not straightening as well!!
My question is you stated it had infrared technology and I’m wondering if that would make it so I could use ceramic plates without further damage?

@ladysilver Hi! the description is from the actual website and here is the complete description
The unique floating plates design allows you to smoothly straighten and style hair without tugging or breaking the hair stem.
Far-infrared heat softens your hair faster, works to seal in the hair cuticle, locks in hair color and gives you the results you expect from your professional hair salon.

Your final result is incredibly shiny, silky, static-free, no-frizz, manageable hair with unlimited styling potential.
I too, used to use Ceramic Iron and that's the only thing works for me (I dye my hair red/sangria every other month) and yes, bleaching your hair make it very delicate.😓 I would also suggest to use hair treatments like mask or oils to prevent furthermore damage.

@ynettxii thanks so much for your replies! I’m not sure if you stated do you use this flatiron? I don’t mean is it used I mean do you use this model and if so how does it work!?

I read the description from the website and it sounds great! I was just asking if you had ever used this brand or one of these? I have purchased other irons with great descriptions but did not work for me. Most of them don’t get hot enough to close the cuticle so my hair ends up still frizzy! I’m just leery because I have bought many !! That’s why I wanted to know if you had ever used one of these. Thanks so much
