Acme womans watch

Gold, 27mm x 22mm, rubies3, 9 and 12 positions, 2nd hand positioned just above the 6 position. All other positions are diamonds except the 10 spot is missing. Very beautiful 17 jewel needs some tlc. I've always loved the look of this piece.
