Made of double gauze, so you will see the photos where it looks like pinholes in the fabric. This is where they put stitches in to hold the two fabrics together. It does start to pull a little, but they are not actual tears in the fabric. I haven't noticed them when wearing. In good condition, just no longer reaching for it.
