I love Arena Dresses, and though I am including the fabric belt that comes with it, I never use the belts. I love them as a simple shift. But if you have a waist, and like belts, you'll look great too! Scout is almost like a lightweight, thin flannel in 100% cotton. Very sturdy. Excellent used condition.

professorgp @okbrooketv It IS lovely, and I feel like I almost want to keep it! The ptp is 26", with a little bit of natural stretch to the cotton. It is kinda an oversized, easy fit.
