In good condition! Only used a handful of times to stunt/tumble. I’m usually a women’s 6.5 and had to make these work (last minute buy, this is all they had in stock!) SO the soles are missing. These were a tight squeeze for me!! I’m not sure what a girls 4D is but they def would fit a women’s 5.5 - 6
