Abstract print top

Majestic abstract puff sleeve top. Ordered from boutique. Size not on top but I have a picture of size I ordered which is XL. It does not fit me I normally wear 14/16 top. This top was tight in chest area. Has no stretch. Brand new. Smoke free home. Polyester. See photos of measurements.
