lotu5 @cristadoll I just measured my skirt with a spandex waistband. It measures at 13” & my jeans which I wear are a size 28, measurements across is 14.5 “. Not really sure how this skirt may fit. I will have to look in the measurements for the small skirt. I have a large skirt in this brand & it fits me slightly loose. I will keep you updated. Thank you!
