Long sleeve, the sleeves are sheer with the sequins. There are 4 hook closures on the back at the neck. It ties mid back with long tassels. Zips up at the waist. Built in cups, no bra required. She wore hot pink heels and pink hoop earrings. It has been stored in the garment bag. Absolutely no flaws, snags or missing sequins.
