Welcome, and thank you for visiting! I am Lokelani, the artist and designer behind Roselani Jasmin. I have loved romantic and vintage-style clothing for as long as I can remember. My work features couture embroidery, showcasing beautiful color palettes that range from the subtle, nuanced colors of yesteryear to the rich depth of jewel tones. I am also a big textile collector - the wealth of fascinating stories woven into beautiful fabrics feels like a little piece of history and art captured in fragments of lace and velvet. I love designing clothing that incorporates modern materials, including deadstock fabric (leftover or discontinued material that need to be loved), reclaimed and repurposed fabrics, all adorned with couture embroidery and those special textiles. I aim to create slow fashion—unique, one-of-a-kind wearable works of art—much like the dressmaker shops of a bygone era.
