About Partial Refunds

Poshmark as a platform now offers partial refunds in cases when the customer is unhappy with what they have ordered and they open a case with Poshmark. I will NOT be using this feature. Orders from my closet are non-refundable unless a case is opened with Poshmark and they determine it appropriate. If so, the original item must be RETURNED for a refund. Therefore, please review all available photos, measurements, colors, sizes, and descriptions before placing an order. If you have a question, please ask before purchase. I'm not trying to be mean, I'm only trying to keep the shopping experience on Poshmark honest and efficient. Shared verbiage from @thetealshelf
