Abound black mini flare tshirt dress

Just washed, never worn. It's too small on me and I didn't try it on before washing. The third pic is for the length reference. I'm 5'4", 125 lbs. The skirt hits at about my fingertip length/short shorts. Can provide tags if you'd like.
