Abercrombie and Fitch Wrap Dress

Navy blue wrap dress with white pattern. SIZE MEDIUM BUT FITS LIKE AN EXTRA SMALL. I cannot even wrap it all the way around my waist. Would probably fit a size 0 or 00. Brand new never worn but has been sitting in my closet so it’s a bit wrinkly.
