Abercrombie and Fitch Navy Blue Belted Dress size XS with cuffed sleeves and pockets. Chest measures approximately 12” across (from armpit to armpit) The waist is approximately 12” across also. Shoulder to hem is about 33” and the arm length (while cuffed) is about 22.5” The material is really soft and almost a little see-through. (See photo) Not in an inappropriate way. With the right under-garment it will look and feel amazing!
