Does this top fit large or baggy, or would you say it is true to size?

@rosie1308 i just added a photo of me in it to try to show it more but it’s loose fitting on the top part, a clip holds the wrap part closed so your chest doesn’t slip out but you can make it as tight as you want on the waist tie part!
