ravenscloset @ladyvette826 hi! Thanks for your interest. The measurements are all taken with the dress lying flat. The waist is 12". However the top is a partial smocked in the back so it can stretch a good couple of inches (I tried to stretch it across with measuring tape and it was about 16"+) Length from waist is 17"-18" (lining is 16" from waist) Neckline to hem is 28"-29". Discrepancy is because the lace hem is scalloped.
