Wrap cross-over front, waist tie, ruffle trim and frill detail, V-neck. Light pink floral chiffon-like fabric. Length- 31” but can be made a few inches shorter/higher depending where you adjust the straps Waist - 15” but can be made tighter due to the tie waist Size small-in great condition it’s just too big for me! Only wore a few times.
