I believe this is vintage. Abercrombie & Fitch Sleeveless Floral Smocked Elastic Back Ruffle Hem Skater Dress size Med. Has ample breast room and stretch on upper back to the waist. Straps are adjustable too. Excellent condition without damage from smoke free home. Measures 14 1/2” under breast along seam and waist area. Measurements taken while not stretch. Length is 27” from beginning of strap to bottom of ruffle hem. Great little dress to pack for vacation or warm weather. Like my items and make a bundle for a discount! Thanks for supporting me!
