Zadok Jewelers did the engraving as pictured. Any jewelry store can remove the engraving for you. I bought the chain from Zadok Jewelers as well. The chain is 15 inches long and is included with the sale price. The chain does not have an adjustable length. However, you can use any chain that you want. The charm is approximately 18mm long and 10mm wide. I have the original box and certificate of Authenticity.
