christina_bonk @cheezsophia hello again :) I went ahead and measured the item. The waist measurements, while flat, measure 15 inches, please double for circumference. It stretches 3 more inches comfortably. The inseam measures 15 inches. The length measures 37.5 inches. The material is a polyester cotton blend. It has stretch to it.
