This beautiful floral dress is covered in multi colored appliques. It has been altered from the original halter tie neck to have straps attached. All measurements are accurate to the measurements for size 14 shown in the photo. Only worn twice. Reminiscent of Taylor Swift's iconic floral Grammy awards dress she wore in 2021.
