AW Bridal Madonna ruffle dress (bridesmaid, wedding guest, prom, pageant, etc)

BRAND NEW AW Bridal Madonna dress. Ordered as a bridesmaid dress, but the style just doesn’t suit me. Light dusty blue color with glitter mesh fabric. Size 12, but fits more like a US 8 (I’ve included a picture of the measurements). Only tried one once. Comes from a smoke free home. Open to reasonable offers.
