probeautygal @gayanec hi, the purse is 100% brand new! The label has not been torn off. They had the label inside the small zipper pocket when I had purchased it. As you can see from photos the purse is brand new dos not show any sign or used condition. If it was used I would have stated used condition. You are not obligated to purchase if you do not feel comfortable.
