The color outside is navy blue , inside is blue. It is in a veery good shape. Has couple minor marks here and there on the outside. Has some marks inside. Has some wear at the bottom edges and at the edges of the handles. It is a large bag. It measures apprx 18" X 12" X 6" in the longest and widest places. The handles measure apprx 20".
