This is a rare bag, that is discontinued. LV collaborated with a french luggage company in the 1970’s, and under strict direction of LV, came up with this bag!! Its structure is absolutely amazing!! 🤩 I did totally refurbish this bag with angulus vachetta leather paint, made for LV leather, with a sealer on top, so that the paint WILL not peal! This bag still has MANY more years to be worn! The comps on this bag are from $800-$3,000. I will accept offers on this. Also, I ship either the same day, or the following at the latest.

wrossneely Hey, I just received this bag. There is a slit on one side about 2” above the leather strip and a small hole exactly on the opposite side. You did such a great job refurbishing, I’m asking if you have an idea if this can be fixed

I would look for a local cobbler in your area, and get him to stitch around the whole top of it. Then it will for sure last another 30 years!!! Have a WONDERFUL DAY, and enjoy that GORGEOUS BAG!!

glama5_dqueen @wrossneely oh.. I thought you were talking about an opening at the top of the bag.. I didn’t know miss that you were literally talking about a hole. There was no hole ANYWHERE when it left my hands, as you can see in the pictures.

wrossneely The slit , easy to miss is on the side or edge 1 3/4 “ above the leather strip. On the exact opposite side of the bag again about 1 3/4 “ above the leather strip more of a hole. Both are through the outer skin. I’m not sure what to do except send it back to you to see if you have some magic
