Is the paint peeling on the orange heart? Does the zipper work, handles broken?

hi, no paint is not peeling anywhere on the the purse. It does have some discoloration but it is not to bad. Zipper does work. Both are in pretty good condition.

oh crap so the zipper does work. is it very sun damaged? because I'm going to order it if there's not a lot of sun damage and the zipper works
