amykahnmoody @summer101074 hi! I think Betsey Johnson runs true to size however in the case of these boots It's hard for me to honestly answer bc they were never my size to begin with. I'm a size 5, these are a size 6 so they were always too big for me. If u want I can try and take measurements from the inside so that you can measure to your feet.
