hi, are these a true men's size 9? the size chart indicates a men's 40 to be a size 6.5-7.

@yamoda i absolutely love these, they'd be for me. I'm a true 10 in women's and a 9 in men's. I'm a little apprehensive because I've never really had designer shoes and I know they tend to run on the smaller side. I measured the out soles on two pair of my own similar shoes and the measurements match. if I bought them and they didn't fit would you be willing to accept a return?
