AT Last… Vintage Blue Paisley Felcity Dress size 12 Synthetic Silk

At Last… Felcity style midi calf dress with all around hem ruffle. Deep v neckline with ruffle front. Lightweight 100% polyester with the feel of silk. The tag says this is synthetic silk. 3/4 length ruffled belle sleeve. Colors are blue, green and white. Large side concealed zipper. Hi lo hem. Style is flattering with the front ruffle elongating height. Aline skirt with the hips bigger than chest. This dress would look great in fall with boots. The washing instructions say ‘machine wash 30 degree’. I washed in cold gentle and lined dried it. Preowned, very good condition. Measurements flat- Chest 17” Hips 21” Arm 7”
