ASTR the label purple floral dress with a peasant cinch neckline , empire waist and puff sleeves . The skirt mermaid out at the knee with a sort of wrap high low hem that gives a lot of movement and is very pretty when walking . Bought at Nordstrom rack and doesn’t fit my chest comfortably so I never wore it.
