ASTR Wedelia bustier dress black floral. Size XS. Straps near adjustable claps are fraying. There is a random plastic loop in the adjustable lace up portion. I don’t know why it’s there or where it came from. Fabric looks wrinkled but that’s how it’s supposed to be. Brand part of tag was cut out.
