mimi517kao @mariaceja648 Hi! Sorry for the late response! The dress is actually loose and flowy around the waist. In the photo, the part where I'm holding on to is right under the bust and it sits on the ribcage. The measurement for that is 13.5 inches laid flat (about 27 inches total). I did try to measure the actual waist, which is 21 inches laid flat (about 42 inches total), but again, it's the flowy part.
