ekellss @olliesmom51 when I bought the shirt I was a size medium sometimes small. The shirt isn't a crap top but it hits right where your pants would start. I'm commuting home and can take a measurement if you want in an hour or so? Aside from trying it on I never wore it but I typically don't buy crop tops so I don't think it is.
