ASOS pleated dress US 10

Pretty little dress by ASOS. It's for pleated cap sleeves and a pleated skirt. the shell is a sheer Georgette layered over a more opaque material. the opacity is about 85-90%, so not see thru, but one might definitely make out a silhouette of a shape, if that makes sense? It's a really lovely dress hard to photograph some of the detail. The collar is sheer and has it's own pain in the butt hook fastener at the back that allows you to take some control over comfort around the neck. I measured the best I could. I'm not a seamstress but I do own a tape measure. Approximate measurements: Total length 27" Chest 20" across lowest part of arm opening. Waist 17" across. No stretch. THIS IS A US SIZE 10
