ASOS knee length sweater dress with cut out back

Navy colored ASOS sweater dress with cut out sexy back and tie at neck. Top fits like a crew sweater, band at waist (elastic) and rub skirt (all one piece). Never worn even though I love this. 18” pit to pit. 17” from shoulder to top of waistband. 24” from bottom of wait band to bottom hem of skirt. Stretchy thinner knit.
