New without tags (NWOT). Never worn. Size UK 8 fits US 4 or XS. 24" long (measured flat from the side). 14.5" flat across chest. Waistband, flat, measures 12.25". Waistband does not stretch, but the white cotton top does. Brand: Rare London. Has a side zipper. Lined. Floral contrast two-in-one bandeau dress. Linen-like fabric skirt. Photos with the ASOS model doesn't really match the true color of the skirt which is darker. Pair with a strapless bra and cardigan. It can even be layered with a long-sleeve blouse.
