arodriguez0028 @caseylyntozier hello! No, it’s not sheer but I would mindfully wear nude underwear to make sure nothing shows. Also I can wear the top with no bra and no issues. It’s a thick cotton so there is lots of stretch as well! Let me know if this is helpful

arodriguez0028 @caseylyntozier it’s runs bigger than what it’s marked. I am a size 2/small in almost everything never a size 0 and this fits me great with enough stretch. It would depend on how comfortable you are wearing a small.
